Responsibilities:

​​

• Manage and direct processes and R&D (research and development) to meet the needs of our AI strategy

• Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to solutions

• Use AI tools like Jasper, ChatGPT, Imagine, and Writesonic for chat automation, blog writing, social media posts, and design creations. 

• Advise C-suite executives and business leaders on a broad range of technology, strategy, and policy issues associated with AI.

• Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures in collaboration with an advanced engineering team and executive leadership

• Articulate and document the solutions architecture and lessons learned for each exploration and accelerated incubation.

• Manage a team in conducting assessments of the AI and automation market and competitor landscape.

• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and project teams, delivering feedback and enabling team members to make necessary changes in product performance or presentation.

• Required skills and qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions

• Experience with ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLP

• Experience in program leadership, governance, and change enablement

• Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns

• Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations

Preferred skills and qualifications

• For Senior roles only - Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science or a related field

• For Senior roles only - Experience with innovation accelerators

• For Senior roles only - Experience with cloud environments

• Fluent English.

• For Senior roles only -Proficient in using Devops.

• Proficient in verbal and written communication

• Great team player and able to collaborate easily with a team virtually

• Proficient in G-Suite

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

• For Senior roles only - 5 + years of related project management experience is required.

• For Senior roles only - Experience leading Digital projects is a vital asset.

• For Senior roles only -Formal education in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Ability to train and develop project staff in all aspects of project requirements.

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management software.

• A positive mindset with the perfect English language to work for a Multinational globally.

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.

• Self-motivated, with an attitude to join an Australian-based culture.

• Answer questions about products or the company.

• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.

• Enter and update customer information in the database.

• Take and process orders accurately.

• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.

• Go the “extra mile” to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.

• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
